Kids’ Eyes Wide-Open
While Todd shared stories, a group of kids gathered in the yard, eyes as wide as saucers. ‘Wow, what do you think is in there?
‘ one whispered to another, clearly taken by the unfolding saga. Their excitement was infectious. I could almost feel my younger self joining their wonder.
As I worked, their giggles and whispers filled the air, bringing a lively energy to the morning.
