Customer Service Strategy
Curious, the trainee finally popped the question, “How do you ensure great customer service here?”
Liam flourished grandly, pointing at me like I was his prime example. “See that? Greet everyone, but remember, not all are buyers.”
It took everything in me not to laugh out loud. Did he really just use me as an example of what not to do? Apparently!
I reminded myself to stay calm since this was just another piece of the puzzle.
