The chief flight attendant decided to have a word with them. Approaching the couple with authority, she politely but firmly asked them to lower their voices and be more considerate of other passengers.
The buzzing cabin quieted as people observed the interaction. She didn’t look pleased, and her tone made it clear this wasn’t a request but a directive they needed to follow.
