Preparing a complaint
During a brief respite, I used the in-flight Wi-Fi to prepare a complaint email to the airline’s customer service department, attaching the video evidence and detailing their continuous harassment.
My fingers flew over the keyboard, recounting every disruptive detail. Adding timestamps and specific incidents, I crafted a thorough account.
This email would serve as formal documentation should the airline need to follow up. I hit send with a sense of determination, knowing they would now face repercussions.
