Laura reassures passengers
Laura flashed a brief smile at the passengers, a silent reassurance that things were being handled. “Relax, folks,” her voice carried over to us.
From the corner of my eye, Mark shook his head slowly. “The things people do, right?” he commented quietly, a tiny chuckle escaping him.
With that, a slight calm returned among some passengers, shifting interest back to their own screens.
