Acknowledge Dedication
Leaving Linda’s conversation, I started thinking about the dedication I saw today. The team works hard, but they need help.
It was clear that management needed to focus on better worker welfare. With upcoming changes, addressing these issues was now on my list.
They deserve to feel valued and supported. Making plans in my head, I knew these ideas would have a huge impact on everyone’s work life.
Change was coming, and I was excited to get started on it.
