Karen’s Confrontation
Then I saw it; Karen was at it again, scolding a young bellboy over small mistakes. ‘Do it right,’ she snapped, making no effort to lower her voice.

Karen’s tornado of attitude swept through, damaging more than she realized. It was another mark in my book, reminding me why change had to happen soon.
