Planning an Important Meeting
Once back in my car, I immediately called Mark. ‘Hey Mark, can we set up a meeting with the senior staff for tomorrow?’ I asked, urgency in my voice.
Traffic whizzed by, but I was focused. Mark, on the other end, understood the importance. ‘Absolutely, I’ll make it happen,’ he promised, tapping away on his keyboard.
I felt a sense of relief, knowing the first step was truly in motion. Tomorrow’s meeting would set everything right.
