Bright light
Suddenly, a bright light flickered on overhead, washing the entire inside of the shed in sharp, almost blinding brightness.
For a moment, both men just blinked, squinting as their eyes adjusted. All the shapes and shadows from before were gone, replaced by a startlingly clear view of the cramped, cluttered room.
