Wendy Williams – 75 Lbs

Wendy Williams has been losing weight since 2015. She owes much of her initial weight loss to her diet change, going pescatarian, while also getting physical by doing regular cardio and practicing Pilates. Between 2015 and 2017, she lost 50 pounds, but things got even better during the 2020 quarantine.
While quarantining, Williams got so fed up with eating anything she wanted that she decided to change her eating habits. She cleaned up her diet, and when she went for her doctor’s checkup, she learned that she lost another 25 pounds. She returned to her show, “The Wendy Williams Show,” in September 2020, looking lean and svelte.
