Jerry Ferrara – 40 Lbs
Jerry Ferrara made a name for himself as Turtle, the chubby and short driver for Vincent Chase in “Entourage.” While the role helped him showcase his talent, when it ended, he decided to make a change to improve his health, and perhaps the prospects of landing other roles.
He methodically changed his lifestyle by quitting smoking and re-evaluating his diet. After doing a nutritional overhaul, he added exercise and also started playing sports again, particularly boxing and basketball. He lost roughly 40 pounds thanks to this and landed more roles, like the one in the 2021 film “Dating & New York.”
