Archie stood and began pacing. “We need more information. Let’s go back to the school. Quietly.” Bill hesitated.
“Now?” Archie nodded. “Now. Before they know you’re asking questions.” Bill grabbed his coat and the box of belongings he hadn’t unpacked yet. Somewhere in that box, the resignation papers were still folded tight.
