Day Two
As he passed the cat on day two, he looked at it intently, trying to see if it was actually still alive. Luckily, he noticed the cat’s breathing.
He instantly felt relieved, but the question about why the cat wouldn’t just go someplace warm lingered in his mind.
He had never owned a cat before, so he didn’t know much about them, but even he knew sitting outside in this weather wasn’t healthy.
