Over the next few days, the doctors and Mark’s wife became careless and didn’t watch their step anymore, taking away the little doubts that Mark still had.
No longer were their backs turned to Mark, and no longer had Mark to doubt about the secrets they were keeping from him.
Today was Monday, and before noon on Friday, Mark would confront them.
