The team’s boat surged through the water, following the whale with Ethan trapped inside. “Coastguard, do you copy?” Clair shouted into the radio, her voice laced with urgency.
“We need assistance with a man swallowed by a whale. We are in pursuit.” Her fingers clenched the radio as she adjusted the throttle, keeping a steady eye on the whale’s path.
