Unexpected Items In Property Binder
Midway through, I found folded parcel maps with old survey lines marked in pencil. The next section held two letters on thin paper, both referencing storm damage and dock maintenance.
Behind a clear sleeve sat a maintenance request for dock repairs with dates matching last fall. I photographed the signatures, page headers, and any stamps.
I set those pages aside on the right so I could review them again with Brad.
