Invoice Sent From The Car
In the parking spot, I opened the scanner app and captured the invoice as a single PDF. I attached it to an email with the parcel number in the subject, cced Brad’s paralegal, and hit send.
An automatic reply confirmed receipt with a timestamp. I saved the PDF to my case folder and updated the index with the amount, vendor, and time.
Then I snapped a photo of the paper copy and clipped it behind the electrical section.
