Adjuster Writes Emergency Repair Estimate
The adjuster arrived at noon with a clipboard and a telescoping ladder. He walked the perimeter, looked up at the tarps, and climbed to inspect the limb near the chimney.
He measured the lifted flashing, took photos, and wrote estimates for emergency removal and temporary repairs.
He gave me a claim number sticker and explained the next steps. I photographed his ladder sticker and card before he packed up.
