Brad’s tone shifted to business. He told me to gather any mail with the lake address, recent tax receipts, and service invoices.
He asked me to look for old keys, labels, or tags that might tie rooms, sheds, or boats to specific locks.
He said to photograph everything and keep a written log. We agreed he would review the files at noon and make a plan from there.
