Back at the table, I scanned the adjuster’s estimates into a single PDF and dropped the claim number in the file name.
I emailed Brad and cced his paralegal with a bullet list of line items and the emergency cap. A read receipt pinged two minutes later.
I printed the estimates, hole‑punched them, and slid them into our documentation binder behind Insurance.
The packet got a sticky flag with today’s date. I tucked the binder into my tote and locked the door.
