Frustration and wealth
They were uncooperative and delighted in my frustration, throwing their newfound wealth in my face. ‘Maybe you don’t deserve anything,’ my sister said, flashing her designer watch.
‘Yeah, why should you get a piece of the pie?’ added my other brother, counting some cash. Their taunts were unbearable.
Instead of arguing, I decided to change tactics. I needed more information and running circles with them wouldn’t help.
