Looking everywhere
“Sadie! Sadie!” Kate called frantically, searching every corner of the house. She checked closets, under beds, even behind the couch cushions, but the little dog was nowhere to be found.
Every door was locked, every window sealed tightly. She shook her head in disbelief. How could a four-month-old puppy vanish into thin air? The situation defied every ounce of logic.
