Relief and thankfulness
Jamie felt a wave of relief and thankfulness wash over him. Knowing that his family hadn’t been alone during his absence filled him with a deep sense of gratitude.
His brother-in-law’s support meant the world to him, and Jamie found himself silently thanking this previously distant relative.
