As if on cue, my friend Sarah appeared, leash in hand with her Labrador, Max. “Hey, Jason!” she called, noticing Rocky’s urgency.
“What’s going on?” she asked, curiosity piqued. “Rocky thinks there’s something in this alley,” I explained.
Sarah knelt next to Rocky, sharing his serious demeanor. “Let’s take a look, right Max?” she said, eager to help.
