Neerja Sethi embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Syntel, an IT consulting and outsourcing firm, with her husband Bharat Desai in 1980.
Despite starting with a modest investment of $2,000, Sethi’s leadership propelled Syntel to success. She served as the company’s treasurer for 16 years and currently holds the position of vice president.
