crash landing
Don’t ask us why, but the first thing that made us think of this photo was a crash landing. One of the most well-known birds, which approaches rather inelegantly for landing, is the albatross. When the big bird tries to land (or land) on land (or water), it often flips over.
Unfortunately, this is not as funny as it sounds, because in the worst case it can lead to death. But away from these sad topics, because our photo has nothing to do with a crash landing. Instead, we see a long jumper landing. The spray of sand clearly shows the speed at which she landed in the sand pit. Impressive!
