Anna twisted around in her seat, waving frantically to get Megan’s attention from across the salon. “Can you please turn up the volume?” Anna pleaded, her voice shaky.
“Megan, that’s my dress on TV!” But Megan was still at the counter, unbothered, munching on a snack with her back turned.
